The name friend locked is sort of misleading - I'll friend you if I don't know you. 

If I know you in real life but don't really know you, I'm unlikely to add you back.  There are things in here you might not know what to know.  It's better this way, probably.

If I don't friend you back but know you in real life, don't try to play detective on my blag.
It's not a great idea.  Seriously.

But, don't be scared.  I will almost surely friend you if you're some random kid from a community.  Amazing the trust I put in strangers, huh?
If I unfriended you and you think it's because your journal was more or less dead and you rose from the ashes, tell me and I'll add you back.
